Exactly — that’s a smart move. Adding a “Client Responsibilities” section directly beneath your Terms & Conditions keeps everything in one place, reinforces your safety-first stance, and gives clients a clear checklist to avoid misunderstandings. Here’s a professional draft you can slot in as Section 13 (or immediately after your Governing Law section):
To ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of our services, Clients agree to:

Notify us of any known risks, site restrictions, or special conditions.

Accept that such delays are for safety reasons and do not constitute a breach of contract.
Site Readiness
Confirm that required permits, approvals, and isolations are in place before work commences.
Provide clear access to switchboards, equipment, and work areas.
Financial Obligations
Pay deposits, progress payments, and final invoices in accordance with agreed terms.
